We at Solent autopoint pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer care and endeavour to always treat the customer fairly. However should you feel that this has not been the case then please contact Adam Summers to discuss this, preferably in writing so it can be recorded either via email at sales@solentautopoint.co.uk or by post unit 3, 3-5 east street, Ryde I.O.W PO331JB. You will receive a reply within eight weeks, which should hopefully rectify the situation, or request a time period extension to resolve the matter.

If you remain dissatisfied with our response about the service we provided then you have the right to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau who may pass your concerns to Trading Standards or the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, telephone: 0300 123 9123
