I came to Solent Autopoint with no idea what I really wanted, simply a list of what I'd like and what I'd absolutely avoid. Ben spent a long time on the phone with me, and it was clear that he really had expert knowledge of cars. He suggested a car to me that I hadn't even considered and I went away to do my research. It was clear to me that this make and model of car ticked every box for me!

Within a few weeks they had sourced a car and I wanted to view it ASAP. I was very excited and maybe a little bit pushy but the lines of communication with all the staff were excellent. They kept me updated and were very patient!

Once I'd viewed the car I knew I wanted to buy it. David gave me the best offer possible on my trade in which really made it possible for me to get the car. I didn't once feel any doubt during the buying process. I even got a blue light card discount which was amazing.

I love the car I bought. It was at the top end of value but is in good condition. I bought this from the dealership because they offer a good warranty and prepare the cars well. The only concern I have is that they offered a very low value for my part exchange car. I believe it was worth 1k at least. This was verified by a number of dealers. They only gave me £750.

I purchased a pre-loved car from Solent Autopoint last week and received excellent service throughout the process from everyone I met (particularly David). They gave me plenty of time and freedom to do the test drive and took time to thoroughly prepare the vehicle before handover, even providing me with a courtesy car in the interim. During the preparation they fixed a couple of issues that I'd spotted during the test drive plus quite a few more that I didn't. They gave me 3 new tires, replaced the suspension bushes, and part of the exhaust as well as replacing the AC unit. I think I got great value, received excellent service and left feeling that they'd gained my trust (and future custom) by giving me the best buying experience possible.

There was no pressure selling just a friendly helpful customer service. And once i decided what car i wanted they reassured me that i could contact them anytime if i had any problems however small. Where as i have been to other garages and it feels like once they have your money your out the door. Not with Solent Autopoint.
